Trowel Applied Machinable Repair Compound A trowelable, machinable grade composite repair compound formulated with stainless steel for maximum durability and performance. Protects surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 400ºF(204ºC). As a corrosion resistant coating MetalTec 6000 offers excellent protection against a wide variety of chemicals - organic and inorganic acids, caustics, oils, solvents and detergents. Although proper surface preparation is very important, MetalTec 6000 is very surface tolerant of oil imbedded surfaces. MetalTec 6000 is non-shrinking and cures to use in about 4 hours, at which time it can be drilled, tapped or machined with conventional cutting tools. An excellent choice for rebuilding shafts, bearing housings, keyways, as well as mismachined parts that must be brought back to original dimensions. DATA SHEET

Rapid Curing Two Component Composite For Quick Repairs A rapid curing trowelable and machinable grade composite repair compound, formulated with stainless steel for durability and performance. Protects surfaces exposed to temperature up to 400ºF(204ºC). Repairs made with MetalTec 6300 are non-shrinking and cure to use in about 30 minutes. Repairs are easily machined and offer excellent corrosion resistance to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, solvents, oils and detergents. Its thick consistency allows it to be troweled and molded to almost any shape or contour. It may be applied up to 1/4"(6.0mm) thick without sagging.

Trowelable High Performance Compound for Abrasion and Erosion Resistance. Trowelable two-component composite designed for rebuilding and coating surfaces exposed to wet or dry particle abrasion, friction, erosion and cavitation from fast moving liquids. Highly resistant to corrosive attack and is heat resistant to 500ºF(260ºC). MetalTec 7000 is a non-shrinking composite formulated with abrasion resistant ceramic fibers in various precalculated shapes and sizes. The unique chemistry produces a coating with ultra high compressive strengths to support heavy and excellent adhesive strength.

Brushable Wear Resistant Ceramic A brushable ceramic composite designed for coating new and worn surfaces exposed to wet or dry particle abrasion, frictional wear, erosion, cavitation and corrosion. It is non-shrinking and self-leveling, requiring no finishing. MetalTec 7100 is formulated with high hardness, abrasion resistant ceramic fibers in various precalculated shapes and sizes. Together with the unique polymer formulation, the compressive strength, adhesive strength and temperature resistance is very high. Cures to a smooth slick finish.

Brushable Wear Resistant Ceramic A brushable ceramic composite designed for coating new and worn surfaces exposed to wet or dry particle abrasion, frictional wear, erosion, cavitation and corrosion. MetalTec 9000 has been designed as a complete polymeric repair system for restoring damaged sections of concrete to "better than new" condition. A single unit contains all the necessary tools and polymeric compound to complete a permanent repair. It offers outstanding compressive and tensile strengths and is up to four times stronger than regular concrete. Once applied, it forms a chemically tight bond that can be ready for use in about 10 hours. When all the components are mixed, MetalTec 9000 has the consistency of a thick mortar. Deposits are non-shrinking and can be applied in various thicknesses from a feathered edge up to 4.5 inches thick. The special polymer chemistry, together with the triple washed silica quartz filler, provides an extremely hard abrasion resistant surface that is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis, detergents, gasoline, motor oils, de-icing chemicals and solvents.

Super Wearing Abrasion Resistance Compound A unique composite formulation of various sized ceramic fibers and carbide chips resulting in a tightly packed super abrasion resistant coating. For equipment that handles materials 1/16" (1.6mm) or larger. MetalTec Cerbide may be used in any position. It does not slump or sag and may be applied up to 1"(25mm) thick vertically and 1/2"(12mm) thick overhead without the use of expanded metal reinforcement. Due to its handling characteristics, MetalTec Cerbide generally cannot be applied in thickness less than 3/16"(5.0mm). DATA SHEET
