Brushable Wear Resistant Ceramic
A brushable ceramic composite designed for coating new and worn surfaces exposed to wet or dry particle abrasion, frictional wear, erosion, cavitation and corrosion. It is non-shrinking and self-leveling, requiring no finishing. MetalTec 7100 is formulated with high hardness, abrasion resistant ceramic fibers in various precalculated shapes and sizes. Together with the unique polymer formulation, the compressive strength, adhesive strength and temperature resistance is very high. Cures to a smooth slick finish.
